Okrug Riviera
Okrug Riviera is situated on the western part of the island of Čiovo, which is connected to the city of Trogir
via bridge. It consists of two traditional places, Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji.
With its geographical position it is the centre of the Dalmatian microregion, with a mild Mediterranean climate,
lush subtropical and Mediterranean vegetation, an archipelago of picturesque islands, endless little secluded
coves and beaches.
Okrug Riviera with its 2670 hours of sunshine yearly is one of the most desirable tourist destinations in Croatia.
In Okrug Gornji and Okrtug Donji there are plenty of restaurants, taverns and other gastronomic facilities with a
rich selection of ecologically clean Dalmatian specialties.
